For the second year in a row, the team headed to Singapore for a jam-packed week of events as part of Token2049 Singapore. Like any other year, it was a whirlwind filled with incredible events, and even more incredible people, making it a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community in person. For those who couldn't join us, here's a rundown of everything that happened.

Epoch Singapore

Following the success of Epoch Seoul, we kicked off the week with Epoch Singapore, hosted by A41 and moa. Joshua Cheong, Product Lead at Mantle, took the stage to showcase how Mantle is evolving beyond just being a network. He highlighted its role as an enabler for developers and users alike, offering access to quality assets, sustainable returns, and near-zero fees. Joining him was Gabriel Foo, DeFi Growth Lead at Mantle, who shared his valuable insights on the platform's growing ecosystem and potential impact.

mETH Muscle Mania

Stepping away from the stage, it was time to get moving at Mantle's ultimate power-up session! Led by Mantle's own @Defi_Maestro, attendees got a chance to break a sweat and gear up for an epic Token2049 week ahead.

Ignite Bitcoin With Builders & Miners

Next up was "Ignite Bitcoin With Builders & Miners," where the Ignition team and co-host Babylon delved into all things BTCFi, joined by some of the most promising projects in the space. Attendees also had the chance to hear from Zuki Hong, Growth Lead at Mantle and core contributor to Ignition FBTC, who delivered a standout keynote speech at the event.

Web3 Devs Huddle

We then joined HackQuest, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Open Campus, and KIP Protocol at Web3 Dev Huddle. Mark Veer, Head of BD at Mantle, joined the panel of speakers to discuss "Blockchain Ecosystem: Onboarding Developers to Web3."

CAPITALX: The Next-Gen Capital Markets Conference

Our next stop was CAPITALX 2024 at the historic Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore's National Museum of Asian Antiquities and Decorative Art. Igneus Terrenus, Public Liaison at Mantle, participated in a panel discussion on redefining the future of money through digital currencies as the panelists from Circle, M^0, SBI Holdings, Onyx by J.P. Morgan, and KPMG Circle, exchanged their insights in the capital markets space.

FarCon Asia

Marking the first major Farcaster event outside the U.S., this multiday gathering focused on the Farcaster ecosystem and aimed to unite the community in Asia. Mantle's Sean Lee was featured on the third panel of the day, taking the stage to dive into on-chain social strategies and more!

Token2049 Main Conference

Next was the Token2049 Main Conference, where the energy was palpable as crypto enthusiasts gathered for 2 days packed with all things crypto. On day 1, Mantle's Chief Alchemist and Founder of Selini Capital, Jordi Alexander, took to the OKX Main Stage to share his insights on navigating crypto capital markets.

Marketing Mixer with Kaito x Spindl x Caladan

Mantle's Head of Marketing Francesca took the stage at the Marketing Mixer, sharing her expertise on elevating a project's marketing, growth, and performance tracking. Attendees walked away with valuable insights and tips to take their strategies to the next level!

Crypto Cafe

For all the coffee connoisseurs out there, we teamed up with Alchemy, EigenLayer, and Worldcoin to host a laid-back coffee meetup. It was the perfect chance to take a breather from the Token2049 hustle, enjoy a fresh brew, and network with like-minded people.

Mantle Mixer

And for the main event, it was time for the much-anticipated Mantle Mixer! A big shoutout to A41, Aptos, MEXC Ventures, Merchant Moe, Veda, FBTC, Bybit, Catizen, PlayAria who helped make this fantastic evening possible. Guests enjoyed a perfect blend of networking, delicious food, and exquisite cocktails in a lavish, luxurious setting. We can't wait to see you all at the next one!

Abstract Summit Token2049

The Abstract Summit at Token2049 was a 1-day event centered on enhancing the web3 user experience, featuring leading projects, VCs, and industry experts. Mark Veer, Head of BD at Mantle, took the mic once again, sharing his insights on building mainstream-ready UX to drive mass adoption.

Mantle Scouts AI Mixer

To wrap up the week, we hosted the Mantle Scouts AI Mixer with Sogni, Ritual, Chasm, and Allora. This event brought together Mantle Scouts, Scout grant recipients, and other top-tier founders and projects to connect, share insights, and explore collaboration opportunities. It was a fantastic chance for like-minded individuals to exchange ideas and build lasting partnerships.
